All uploaded photos are scanned by an automated moderation system. Suspicious content is blocked before delivery.
Any user may report a photo or message via the in-app Report button. Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team.
Illicit content results in immediate, permanent account ban without refund. Repeat policy violations result in escalating restrictions. Severe cases are reported to law enforcement.
Bans for illicit content are not appealable. Other restrictions may be appealed at support@snapstranger.example.
We publish a moderation transparency summary annually.
